6. Payment Terms and Refunds
6.1 Fees and Payment
Certain services and webinars may require payment of fees. All fees are stated in South African Rand unless otherwise specified. You agree to pay all applicable fees according to the pricing and payment terms in effect at the time of purchase.
6.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
6.3 Refund Policy
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, fees for completed webinars or accessed content are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact us at info@lumqerantis.com within seven days of purchase with a detailed explanation.
6.4 Subscription Services
For subscription-based services, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or technical failures.

All provisions of these terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
