This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which Lumqerantis ("we," "us," or "our") may issue refunds for services purchased through our online webinar platform. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. General Refund Principles
We are committed to delivering high-quality educational experiences. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund request is necessary. This policy establishes clear guidelines for such situations.
All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the terms described below. Refunds are not automatic and must meet the specified eligibility criteria.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
2.1 Webinar Cancellations
If we cancel a scheduled webinar for any reason, registered participants will be entitled to:
- A full refund of the registration fee, or
- A credit toward a future webinar of equal or lesser value, or
- Access to a rescheduled session at no additional cost
Participants will be notified of cancellations as soon as reasonably possible and provided with available options.
2.2 Technical Issues
If technical difficulties on our platform prevent you from accessing a live webinar and no reasonable alternative is provided, you may request a refund within 7 days of the scheduled event. We will investigate all technical issue claims and determine eligibility based on:
- The nature and duration of the technical problem
- Whether alternative access methods were offered
- Whether a recording or makeup session was made available
2.3 Pre-Event Cancellations by Participants
Participants may request refunds before a webinar according to the following schedule:

Processing Fee: A standard processing fee of 5% or a minimum amount equivalent to transaction costs may be deducted from refunds to cover administrative and payment processing expenses.
2.4 Subscription Services
For monthly or annual subscription plans:
- Refunds are not available for partial months or unused portions of subscription periods
- You may cancel your subscription at any time, but access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle
- No refunds will be issued for subscription fees already charged
- First-time subscribers may request a refund within 14 days of initial purchase if fewer than 2 webinars have been accessed
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Failure to attend a scheduled webinar without prior cancellation
- Dissatisfaction with webinar content, provided the content was delivered as described
- Change of mind after the webinar has commenced
- Technical issues caused by the participant's internet connection, hardware, or software
- Inability to access recordings due to failure to log in within the specified access period
- Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account termination
- Promotional or discounted purchases specifically marked as non-refundable
4. Refund Request Process
4.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must submit a written request to info@lumqerantis.com within the applicable timeframe specified in this policy. Your request must include:
- Your full name and email address associated with your account
- Order or transaction number
- Webinar title and scheduled date
- Detailed reason for the refund request
- Any supporting documentation if applicable
4.2 Review and Processing Time
We will review all refund requests within 10 business days of receipt. You will receive an email notification confirming whether your request has been approved or denied, along with an explanation.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days and returned to the original payment method used for purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
4.3 Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion. This may apply when:
- Only a portion of purchased content was inaccessible
- Technical issues affected part but not all of a webinar session
- A compromise solution is mutually agreeable
5. Alternative Remedies
Instead of monetary refunds, we may offer alternative remedies including:
- Account Credits: Credits applied to your account for future webinar purchases
- Complimentary Access: Free registration to alternative webinars of similar value
- Extended Access: Additional time to view recorded content
- Private Consultations: One-on-one sessions with instructors when available
We reserve the right to determine the most appropriate remedy based on individual circumstances.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your account access
- Deny future refund requests
- Pursue collection of disputed amounts if the chargeback is found to be unwarranted
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating any payment disputes so we can work toward a satisfactory resolution.
7. Group and Corporate Purchases
For bulk or corporate purchases involving multiple participants:
- Refund requests must be submitted by the authorized purchaser or account administrator
- Partial refunds may be available for individual participants who cannot attend
- Custom refund terms may apply as specified in separate corporate agreements
- Processing times may be extended for large-volume refunds
8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for refunding fees when webinars cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Acts of government or regulatory authorities
- Wars, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Pandemics or public health emergencies
- Internet infrastructure failures
- Cyberattacks affecting our platform
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule events or provide alternative access methods.
9. Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
For significant changes that materially affect refund eligibility, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email.
